Das 3-jährige EU-geförderte Projekt W4RES testet verschiedene Unterstützungsmaßnahmen in 8 europäischen Ländern, um die Teilhabe von Frauen in der Markteinführung und -nutzung von erneuerbaren Heiz- und Kühllösungen zu erhöhen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird das Steinbeis Europa Zentrum am 27. März 2023 ein Seminar zur Stärkung der Rolle von Frauen im Energiesektor in Stuttgart veranstalten. Das Seminar soll Vertreter:innen von Unternehmen oder anderen Organisationen im Energiesektor die Möglichkeit geben, durch Vorträge, Diskussionen und praktische Übungen einen Aktionsplan zur Erreichung von mehr Gleichberechtigung zu entwickeln. Das Seminar wird als Side-Event der Volta-X Energy Systems Expo (28.-30. März 2023) organisiert, bei der Teilnehmende die Gelegenheit haben, sich mit anderen Expert:innen der Energiewirtschaft und Sektorenkopplung über die neuesten Technologien für die Energieversorgung auszutauschen.

W4RES is a 3-year EU-funded project aimed at increasing women's participation in the introduction and use of renewable heating and cooling solutions. Various support measures are being tested and validated in eight European countries for this purpose.As part of this project, the Steinbeis Europa Zentrum is organizing a seminar in Stuttgart on March 27, 2023, from 10am to 5pm to strengthen the role of women in the energy sector. Representatives from companies or other organizations in the energy sector are invited to attend. The seminar will consist of a varied mix of lectures, discussions, and practical exercises. At the end of the seminar, attendees will develop an action plan for their own organization to achieve more gender equality.The seminar is organized as a side event of the Volta-X Energy Systems Expo (March 28-30, 2023). Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to exchange information with other energy industry and sector coupling experts about the latest technologies for energy supply after the seminar at this trade fair.
